Designed as an antidote to burn out and isolation, this monthly session is for therapists, clinicians, and others in caregiving professions. We’ll explore themes & tools for well-being in a supportive group atmosphere.
Participants can expect a varying combination of the following mind-body modalities from month to month:
Gentle movement, guided meditation & relaxation, restorative yoga, self-reflective journaling prompts, opportunities for group discussion, aromatherapy, breath work, intention-setting, and more.
We’ll meet once per month for an hour of self-care and connection to your inner self and other caregiving professionals.
Registration is per month – $20 early bird, $30 the day of. Our cozy space will fill up fast, please register early!

**This series is held on a garden level that is accessible via stairs. The facilitator will offer optional hands-on assists/safe touch, only if consent is granted. There will be opportunities to rest in silence, and external application of essential oils may be offered as well.
