About Us
Finding the right therapist and the right practice matters. Learn more about Wild Tree Wellness, our whole-person approach to mental health therapy and how our team helps clients find support that feels like a good fit.
Our Practice
Wild Tree Wellness is a mental health therapy practice serving children, teens, adults, couples and families across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. With locations in St. Paul, White Bear Lake, Eagan and Hastings, our therapists provide compassionate, whole-person care for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions and other mental health needs.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that lasting healing involves the whole person — mind, body, emotions, relationships and lived experiences. We take time to understand what clients are carrying, what they hope to change and what kind of support will help them move forward. Therapy at Wild Tree Wellness is personalized, collaborative and focused on helping clients feel more grounded, connected and equipped for long-term well-being.
As a multiculturally and LGBTQIA+ affirming practice, we strive to create a welcoming space where clients can feel seen, respected and supported. Whether someone is new to therapy, returning after time away or looking for a specific type of mental health treatment, our team can help them find a therapist and approach that feels like the right fit.
Access to Care, Your Way

- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- First Health
- HealthPartners
- Medica
- Medicaid/Medical Assistance (MA)
- Medicare

Self-pay
Self-pay (also called private pay) can be a more simple, efficient, and personalized way to receive mental health services. You get what you need, and often at a lower cost to you financially and fundamentally.
Insurance requires a diagnosis, access to your records and certain regulations that may not consider your individual needs. Self-pay removes focus from the billable service and allows for greater flexibility to incorporate various care approaches at your request.
Sliding Fee Scale is available upon request to those who can demonstrate financial need.
For clients choosing the self-pay option, we will provide a good faith estimate per requirements of the No Surprises Act (2022).
Specialized & Innovative Treatment Options
In addition to traditional talk therapy, Wild Tree Wellness offers specialized therapy options designed to support deeper healing, trauma recovery and mind-body well-being.
