Lauren (she/her) utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and emphasizes the importance of wellness in each domain of life. Lauren walks alongside clients in the process of gaining insight into their mental health by exploring their past, learning how to be mindful in the present, and using personal values as a guide for the future. Lauren’s work is largely client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. Lauren is DC 0-5 trained in the assessment of children under the age of 5. Lauren utilizes techniques from Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
