Laura (she/her) is a clinical intern pursuing her master’s degree in professional clinical counseling from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She believes we have within us the ability to change, grow, and blossom at any age. Whether you’re experiencing a challenge in your life or within yourself, she’s eager to partner with you to harness your inner knowledge and strengths and expand your capacity to weather life’s storms. 

Laura brings to her work a nonjudgmental warmth and genuine desire to know and support the people who walk through her door. She uses a combination of psychotherapy strategies and mindfulness techniques to help clients boost their resilience, nurture self-understanding, and move forward in their lives.
