Lauren (she/her) believes that everyone has the capacity for change and healing. Our behaviors and emotions are the ways in which we communicate our wants and needs both consciously and unconsciously. Lauren strives to create a safe space in which to help her clients explore the patterns in their life and how the past may be impacting their present. She dedicates herself to supporting clients in building their toolbox, creating a non-judgmental safe space, and strengthening relationships. Lauren works with all ages, with a specialty in early childhood and a passion in helping clients with life transitions.  She is grounded in trauma and attachment work and uses an integrative approach  including techniques in play,  Conscious Discipline, and self-compassion. Lauren enjoys working with clients from many different walks of life and is trained in  Trauma-Informed Child Parent Psychotherapy (TI-CPP).
