Kelly (she/her) approaches the therapy experience not as the expert, but simply a guide for an individual’s ability to create and foster their own inner strengths, resilience, and understanding of Self. Our healing comes from within, and Kelly’s experience can help with your journey to discovery and wellbeing. She believes strongly in the mind/body connection and gaining curiosity about what the body is trying to tell us throughout our different seasons of life. Kelly looks at each person holistically, honoring the differences and unique values each individual brings with them. She strongly values using empathy, non judgment, and humor in her work. Kelly has been working with the pregnant and postpartum population as well as individuals going through transitions, stressors, or new discoveries of their unhelpful patterns and beliefs. She has a special interest in trauma therapy, focusing in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Kelly feels passionate about working with new moms, dads, and families trying to navigate this thing called life. Kelly is a Board Approved Supervisor (BBHT).
