Kelly believes in the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship by meeting individuals where they are in their journey. Sometimes we need a little help to get unstuck and uncover the tools we have for our potential for growth and healing. Kelly encourages the use of mindfulness and looks at each unique person holistically in order to customize her approach while maintaining integrity of her foundation in cognitive behavioral, systematic, and strength based approaches. She brings empathy, nonjudgment, and humor into her work and enjoys working with a variety of individuals including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She has a special interest in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and working with new moms and families trying to navigate this thing called life.
