Kristin (she/her) believes that we all deserve to take up space, and therapy is a great place to explore what that can look like. She takes a holistic approach to therapy and is committed to meeting you where you are at now and helping you get to where you want to be. Kristin works hard to make sure that you feel comfortable and heard in session, and utilizes cognitive behavioral tools, polyvagal theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice. She loves working with clients struggling with grief and loss (whether that is due to pregnancy loss, death of a loved one, or grief over life transitions), body image concerns and disordered eating patterns, infertility challenges, and anxiety. In a session with Kristin, expect to explore the mind/body connection and engage with skills to help navigate life’s ups and downs.
