Annie (she/her) is a compassionate therapist who believes we are all searching for meaning in our lives. She enjoys working with individuals of all types! She approaches her work with clients by encouraging them to understand themselves, explore different ways to handle what life throws at them, and nurture healthy relationships. She also brings her quirky sense of humor and personable demeanor to build authentic connections with her clients.
Annie tailors her treatment methods to the unique needs of her clients, keeping them at the center of the therapeutic work. She is passionate about helping people who are in transitional times of their lives and struggling to cope. One of her greatest joys in her work is assisting people in feeling empowered in their decisions, confident in themselves, and nurtured by their relationships.
When she is not at work, Annie enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 boys. They bring joy and laughter to her life. Annie also lets loose by partaking in a bi-weekly bowling league.
