Christina (she/her) knows it can be hard to feel heard, and she is here to listen to you without judgment. Christina provides a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Her focus is on your narrative, helping you discover yourself, healing past or present wounds, and moving forward in your life in a positive way. Christina is trained in EMDR, a form of therapy that helps you process past traumas and negative thoughts about the self to promote your own healing in a positive way. Her trauma focus relates to incidents that have left an emotional imprint, no matter how large or small, that may perpetuate a feeling of being stuck in your responses or feelings and working through and beyond them. Christina believes you have the power to heal from within. She focuses on the mind/body connection and giving your inner self a voice. Life is a journey, and Christina is here to walk with you on the path you pave.
