Annalise is not accepting new clients.

Annalise (she/her) approaches the therapy space with curiosity, openness, and compassion. She believes healing is possible during any stage of life and supports clients in reconnecting with themselves and others. Throughout the work of therapy Annalise guides clients in becoming more aware of and responsive to their needs and emotions, which often leads to greater ease, joy, and confidence. In her approach Annalise is trauma-informed and draws on components of Narrative Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Internal Family Systems as well as incorporates elements of somatic awareness, creativity, humor, and nature. She is an avid reader and often recommends books to clients that align with their goals. Her clients say that she is personable and provides a calming presence.
