Yoga for All Bodies | A slow paced Hatha style yoga class for all body types and levels of experience, incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and wellness aspects into the physical practice of yoga. Easily accessible for beginners, this class is intended to support and deepen students’ knowledge and awareness of their own bodies, and introduce simple mindfulness practices.
Short periods of meditation will be regular aspects of class, as well as somatic tools sensitive to symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. This Sunday evening class is intended to provide students with grounding and relaxation to transition from the end of the weekend into a new week.
