Natalie (she/her) embodies candor, playfulness, warmth, and presence in her work. As a therapist, her priority lies in helping co-create a felt sense of relational and emotional safety for you to process and explore whatever brings you to therapy. Working from a relational and systemic lens, she is committed to prioritizing your lived experience and exploring what sociocultural factors play a part in your journey. She believes we are all biopsychosocial beings who are doing the best we can with what we have.

Natalie enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, exploring relational roles and patterns, processing past traumas, and navigating daily stressors compounded by the intensity of our current sociopolitical climate. Her approach is collaborative and informed by attachment theory, Bowenian family systems, IFS, somatic techniques, experiential, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches.

Natalie completed her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University. Prior to becoming a therapist, she was an elementary educator for several years in St. Paul. In addition to her experience, Natalie is trained in Brainspotting level 1.

Natalie can accept most major insurances. To confirm coverage with your specific plan, please contact your insurance directly to ensure she is listed as in network. Bri bills under her supervisor’s name, Annie Baker.
