Hello! I would be honored to help guide you through your healing. As a therapist, I have a holistic view of a person, including all aspects of their life. Everything is interconnected, and I hope to provide a safe space for reflection and examination. We will join forces and work together towards your goals; therapy is a joint effort.

I am a practicing art therapist. Art therapy is the use of creative techniques to investigate and express thoughts and feelings, as well as a way to regulate the mind and body. You do not have to be an artist to do art therapy, and it is available to all ages, needs, and abilities. I also offer traditional verbal therapy if art is not your jam.

My core beliefs are that the connection between client and therapist can be just as powerful as what we work on in session and that healing begins with the client’s intention for doing so. My education and practice are in individual psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapies. Basically, we can use a variety of techniques to approach what you need! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensure (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota and hold a provisional art therapy registration (ATR-P) with the American Art Therapy Association.

Personally, I love nature! I enjoy camping, gardening, & hiking. I also enjoy spending my time reading, cooking, going to coffee shops, and snuggling my cats and dogs. I’m a little nerdy, and I won’t stop you if you want to talk about a nerdy interest for a while. I genuinely love people and look forward to being part of your personal healing because no one should have to do it alone.
