Emma (she/her) is interested in the connections we form with each other and how they impact our development and well being. She studies anxiety and trauma and the ways they shape our relationships. Also, grief and loss; as the healing process can also be seen in frames of grief. Emma is passionate about helping people grow and change and believes therapy can result in greater self-awareness by giving clients new skills to thrive. Emma is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with an emphasis on the mind-body connection and how that contributes to physical and mental health. She also practices animal-assisted therapy with her trained therapy dog, Rocky. Emma is open to working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
