Bri (she/her) brings a warm, active, and collaborative approach to her work with individuals, couples, and families. She believes therapy offers a secure space to explore past and present experiences, relationship patterns, and personal challenges. Her work is grounded in a client centered, strengths-based lens and incorporates reflective approaches to support self-understanding and growth. Bri honors each client’s unique identity and life story, including their spiritual beliefs, and welcomes faith integration when desired.
Bri works with adults and families navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges. She has particular interests in ADHD, relationship issues, identity exploration, boundary-setting, and life transitions. She also supports clients navigating anxiety, self-esteem, family of origin dynamics, and emotional healing. Bri values creating space for clients to reconnect with themselves, develop new skills, and foster meaningful change. Bri holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
