Emily (she/her) believes that the connections we make in life are essential, not only for our personal wellness and health, but for balance and harmony. Through connections, it is possible to foster genuine relationships, which in turn allow us to grow as individuals and as a community. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, where both the mental and physical responses to trauma and stress are attended to with compassion, care, and dedication. Every individual is the expert in their own life and Emily is committed to supporting each client and accompanying them on their journey, in a space where the client’s specific needs and concerns can be met. She approaches her practice with person-centered-theory as her foundation and is committed to providing a collaborative environment for growth and healing.
