Lauren (she/her) believes that everyone has the capacity for change and healing. Lauren strives to create a safe space to explore the patterns in our behaviors and how the past may be impacting their present. Lauren specializes in early childhood mental health and supporting parents to strengthen co-regulation and attachment relationships. She is grounded in trauma, relational, developmental, and attachment theories. She uses an integrative approach including techniques in play-based interventions, dyadic work, reflective exploration, Conscious Discipline, and mindful self-compassion.
Lauren is trained in DC:0-5 assessment for children under age 5, Trauma-Informed Child Parent Psychotherapy (TI-CPP), holds a certificate in Maternal Mental Health, and is registered as a Circle of Security Parenting facilitator (COSP). Lauren is also endorsed as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (ECMH-E) and a Board Approved Supervisor.
