Laura (she/her) understands that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and that finding relief from constant worry or emotional distress may seem out of reach. She believes that we each have within us the ability to steady ourselves in life’s turbulent waters and reach calmer shores. She is deeply committed to helping individuals tap into their inner wisdom, cultivate greater clarity and tranquility, and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
With a warm, nonjudgmental approach, Laura tailors therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. Drawing from a blend of therapeutic methods—including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT), and insight-oriented therapy—she is dedicated to helping clients not only address current challenges but also heal from past wounds. Additionally, Laura incorporates holistic practices such as somatic therapy and guided imagery to support clients in feeling more centered, balanced, and at ease within themselves.
