Laura (she/her) believes we have within us the ability to change, grow, and blossom at any age. Whether you’re experiencing a challenge in your life or within yourself, she’s eager to partner with you to harness your inner knowledge and strengths and expand your capacity to weather life’s storms.
Laura brings to her work a nonjudgmental warmth and genuine desire to know and support the people who walk through her door. She tailors her approach to each client with a spirit of curiosity and collaboration. Some of the strategies Laura draws on are ACT, CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. She also believes that bringing awareness to patterns and experiences from our past can deepen our understanding of our present thoughts, reactions, and behaviors. Laura’s aim is to help clients boost their resilience, improve the way they relate to themselves, and move forward meaningfully in their lives.
