Supervised Psychotherapist
St. Paul

Jasmine is passionate about helping couples and individuals find and maintain pleasure, authenticity, and community as she believes a combination of the three can lead to a fulfilled life. Jasmine is client centered and holistic in her work to aid in navigating relationships, sexuality, life transitions, and identity. She utilizes Adlerian and societal approaches to explore how conditioned messaging impacts our ability to show up authentically for ourselves and others out of survival and trauma. When working with clients, she brings a warm and compassionate environment while remaining nonjudgmental with the goal being to aid in growth and healing through vulnerability, collaboration, laughter, and creativity. Together you will work through concerns with the lens of advocacy, reflection, and autonomy while exploring limiting beliefs and barriers with the ultimate goal of supporting you to getting to where you want to be.
