St. Paul
Emma (she/her) is interested in the connections we form with each other and how they impact our development and well-being. She studies anxiety and trauma and the ways they shape our relationships. Emma also practices supporting clients in healing through a lens of grief and loss. Emma is passionate about helping people grow and change and believes therapy can result in greater self-awareness by giving clients new skills to thrive and develop a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them. Emma is open to working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Emma is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained therapist, practicing through a trauma-focused lens in adults and teenagers. Emma is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), emphasizing the mind-body connection and how that contributes to physical and mental health.
Emma also practices with her Therapy Dog, Rocky, and is a trained Animal-Assisted Intervention Special (CAAI-S) through the Association of Animal Assisted Intervention Professionals. Rocky is present in our St. Paul office on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. *Alternative days may occur from time to time.
