Join Ann Kellogg, MS, LPC to explore the essential skills for emotion regulation and behavior management through dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). This 12-week DBT skills group will focus on the pillars of DBT, including interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance/reality acceptance skills, emotion regulation, and mindfulness skills. This is a skills-based group open to adolescents and adults that incorporates realistic goals for overcoming emotional turbulence and improving relationships. This group is perfect for those who struggle with anxiety, borderline personality disorder, or general difficulty coping with everyday stressors.
