Coming Home to Yourself: A 4 Week Series for Building Mindfulness in a Busy World

This group will focus on creating intentional space to center yourself and be present in the body through mindful movement, yoga, and meditation practices.

A variety of techniques will be offered over the 4 weeks to help you find what works for you and build your own home practices to fit into your own life.

Beginners welcome!

  • Tuesdays, 6:45pm-8:15pm, September 17th – October 8th

  • $120 for full series, need based sliding scale options available

Kaitlin Ziehr is a 200-hr RYT with training in trauma informed yoga and a level II Reiki practitioner. Kaitlin believes that yoga and meditation are valuable tools for navigating the challenging experience of being human! She particularly enjoys working with beginners. With a balance of playfulness, humor, and deep introspection, Kaitlin aims to make developing mindfulness accessible and attainable.
