Miranda (she/her) offers inclusive, client-centered care that focuses on trauma, as well as co-occurring diagnoses such as eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. She is trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), which provides relief from panic attacks, hypervigilance, dissociation, and avoidance. Her therapeutic approach is genuine, collaborative, and grounded. She utilizes experiential models and incorporates evidence-based practices that emphasize mind/body integration from a holistic perspective to address mental, physical, spiritual, and relational health. Miranda works with individuals, families, and couples serving children, adults and adults in later life as well as other vulnerable populations. She especially enjoys working with clients at transitional life stages including tweens/teens, college students, career-changers, and empty-nesters.
