Maria is especially interested in working with individuals who are encountering anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, and difficulties with self-worth and self-compassion. She integrates an assortment of theories and techniques such as person-centered approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and systemic therapy to support individuals in finding what works best for enhancing their own well-being.
