Jenna (she/her) offers a therapeutic approach that is warm, curious, and collaborative. She highly values connection and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. She creates a compassionate space for folks to reflect, process, and increase insight and awareness, while offering support and skills. Her aim is to assist clients in learning new ways of relating to themselves, others, and the world in an effort to feel better, healthier, and happier. Jenna is trauma-informed and draws upon principles and techniques from several approaches including person-centered, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Jenna completed a Level One Certificate in Narrative Therapy from Caspersen Therapy and Training Center. She has extensive experience working with folks with eating disorders and body image issues and a particular interest in supporting clients who have adverse religious experiences or who are undergoing faith deconstruction. As a mixed-race and second generation immigrant clinician, Jenna values incorporating any cultural and/or spiritual/religious identities and backgrounds into the therapeutic relationship if desired.
