Hello, my name is Sadrisha (she/her). As a current Clinical Trainee at Wild Tree, I hope to provide an open and nonjudgmental space for therapy. Being a human is hard, but I believe with the right support, we can create a meaningful life for ourselves.

In my work, I have a focus in areas of anxiety, stress management, and navigating the transitions we face in life. I am passionate about helping people understand themselves better and put emphasis on the importance of having self-compassion and self-acceptance. I also enjoy supporting individuals navigating relationship concerns, identity exploration, burnout and perfectionism. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply hoping to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel heard and supported. I enjoy working with all individuals, but especially value connecting with BIPOC individuals and the immigrant community as I understand the barriers and challenges that can come with starting therapy.

We are all constantly growing, and I believe we each have the capacity to find purpose and fulfillment, regardless of what that might look like. By working together we can explore practical tools and find ways to reconnect to what matters most to you.  I look forward to working with people at all stages of life, and have previous experience with teens and young adults. Above all, I hope to bring warmth, authenticity, and mindfulness to our sessions.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, discussing existential questions with friends, and acquiring new plants for my indoor forest. I hope to connect with you soon!

Sadrisha is a supervised clinician who bills under her supervisor’s name, Emma King. To confirm coverage with your specific plan, please contact your insurance directly to ensure she is listed as in network.
