Drawing on a variety of theoretical perspectives, Nicole (she/her) is honored to walk alongside individuals on the courageous journey toward self-discovery. She strives to help individuals navigate the nuances and complexities of life, believing that self-knowledge and personal agency are the crux of sustained mental health.
Nicole earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis, MN. She is working towards LPCC licensure in the state of Minnesota. Nicole is also working towards certification in Brainspotting and frequently incorporates Brainspotting into her work with clients who are interested. Nicole enjoys working with adults of all ages as well as couples.
