Malinda (she/her) believes that everyone has the potential to experience emotional healing. With empathy, compassion, and understanding, Malinda helps clients create awareness and find meaning within internal distress, which brings about a different understanding of the experience of emotions. Malinda believes that all emotions are our body’s way of communicating with us, providing information to us about our experiences; we just have to learn to listen. Often our current experiences are being influenced by past pain and hurt which makes it difficult to move forward in life. By exploring the root cause of our emotional experience and accepting the pain of the past, emotional healing can occur. Malinda knows this is a difficult journey to do alone and is deeply passionate about joining clients on their journey.
