Jessie (she/her) is an empowering and strengths-focused therapist who believes that everyone deserves to be their own best version of themselves. Sometimes we need some help to find that light or to let it shine, and that is what therapy is for. Therapy isn’t an expert telling you what they know or hypothesizing about you or even giving you advice. It’s about you being empowered to be the expert on your own Self – showing you where you have strengths you might not recognize, where what you think of as flaws might really be scars and uniqueness, and where you can think and feel and be, out loud and in a real, growth-fostering relationship with someone who cares.
