Jenna guides clients into a healing relationship with themselves to discover their own light, accept who they are and where they are in their life, and develop a lens through the eyes of love instead of fear. Jenna strives to provide a place of comfort, safety, and relaxation, beginning many sessions with setting intentions. Jenna believes that we have the capability to change our own narrative about ourselves and others and let go of unhealthy patterns that no longer serve us. Jenna believes that if trauma can be passed down throughout generations, so can healing by focusing on the mind-body-spirit connection. Jenna draws on her diverse background in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families when supporting her clients in their healing journey. Jenna recently experienced her own transition into motherhood and she knows first hand how transitions in our lives can bring up emotions and body experiences that need time for healing. Jenna is passionate about providing therapy to individuals and couples experiencing their own transitions into parenthood. Jenna knows how much courage it takes to reach out for support and provides her clients with a soft place to land.
