Hannah (she/her) invites all clients into a safe space to attend to their emotional needs and wellness. Whether she is working with individuals, couples, or families, an emphasis is put on collaboration. Hannah believes the therapeutic connection is built through providing a space for clients to feel heard and respected, and is a major predictor of good outcomes in the therapy process. Hannah has a background in family systems theory and attachment theory, which helps her to understand the impact relationships and environments have on the way each person connects to the world around them. You may notice use of mindfulness, movement, a strengths-based approach, and play. Hannah enjoys working with clients who are looking for: better understanding of emotions, exploration of family of origin wounds, boundary setting skills, exploring sexuality, better understanding of dating and relationship patterns, and those seeking parent coaching. Hannah works with kids (0-10), couples, families, and adults.
