Hannah works to create an open and safe space for clients to explore, reflect, and grow through the ups and downs of life. As a holistic practitioner she believes in the uniqueness of the human experience and that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy. Empowering clients with a variety of therapeutic tools Hannah assists them in finding helpful, healing, solutions that promote overall well-being. Grounded in the belief of the mind-body connection she is an RYT-200hr trained yoga instructor and approaches therapy from a person-centered and narrative perspective. Through mindful curiosity, a trauma-informed lens, and creative problem solving she works with individuals, couples, and families to find balance and healthy ways to cope with the stressful demands of life. She often incorporates movement, mindfulness, and creative play in her work with children, and has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, and experiences of trauma.
