Liz (she/her) believes that the most essential keys to reaching our goals are believing in ourselves and knowing that someone believes in us. She works to create a comfortable, honest, and humorous environment with her clients that encourages creativity, confidence, and motivation. Liz uses a systemic and strengths-based approach in working with clients and the relationships they have in their lives. Liz loves to see her clients achieve freedom from worry. She has a particular interest in helping children, teens, families and adults how to navigate through challenges with anxiety and OCD. Additionally, she finds great passion in supporting the perinatal populations with perinatal OCD and anxiety disorders. She is a Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional. Liz has completed advanced training in Exposure and Ritual Response Prevention Therapy (EX/RP) for OCD for children, teens and adults as well as SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) for families. Liz has also completed Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) training for Children and Adults. Liz is also a MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy and MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy approved supervisor.
Liz is a trained SPACE clinician. She offers individualized and group parent coaching for children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, OCD, and other related challenges.
