Cassie is an optimistic and adaptable therapist that believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Cassie is passionate about helping others find an individualized and holistic approach that works for them to facilitate their own healing. She aims to empower the self-teacher and the self-healer inside each individual. Cassie has training in a variety of holistic methods that can assist in healing, including Art Therapy, SomaYoga (a slow and therapeutic style of yoga that helps to release the stress and tension of every day life), and Vinyasa yoga (a faster-paced yoga that links movement to breath). Cassie operates from a trauma-informed, and a healing-centered approach. She is Adlerian trained, which focuses on encouragement, movement from feeling “stuck”, and figuring out a sense of purpose and belonging in your community. Cassie believes that you are more than the sum of the experiences that have happened to you, and that all humans are resilient and can heal, thrive, and find wellness.
