Through her work with adolescents and adults Allie (she/her) has seen in action the power of acknowledging our struggles while focusing on our strengths. Too often we are quick to define ourselves by our weaknesses and struggle to see the beauty and ability within ourselves. Allie believes that we are MORE than our problem areas, and to define ourselves by those problems, is to limit our ability to grow into the life we want for ourselves. Allie believes the power of therapy comes from the combination of a safe space to share, building on our strengths, and learning ways to create positive change through action. Her sessions are collaborative, compassionate, honest, and engaging. Allie has worked in a variety of settings including a residential substance use facility, university campus, high school, and community mental health clinic. Building on these experiences Allie works to meet you where you are and support you through your therapy journey.
