A Year of Growth & Change
When I set out to open a practice on my own, I knew the importance of staying authentic to myself in the process. What started with a vision to provide naturally-minded therapeutic services and two additional therapists who also believed in my dream, has now grown into a thriving psychotherapy practice with two locations and nine providers. It has always been my goal to meet the needs of the community with an approach filled with compassion, expertise, and creativity.
When setting my intentions for 2016, I set my sights on a year of growth and change, for Wild Tree Psychotherapy and for myself. Over the last fifteen months, since opening in April 2015, we have expanded our reach by adding numerous passionate and skilled therapists and now, I am thrilled to announce the opening of our second clinic location in downtown White Bear Lake! As a resident of the northern Twin Cities suburbs myself, it has been a goal of mine to bring more mental health counseling services to the communities in these areas. I am especially excited to offer families north of the cities our unique sub-speciality of treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) and the special interest held by many of our therapists in serving new and expecting moms and dads, providing support for changes in life including adjusting to parenthood, relationships changes and sex, and shifts in identity post-baby.
Just as we providers at Wild Tree Psychotherapy believe in adapting to your unique needs in order to support you in growing and changing in positive ways towards greater life satisfaction, we practice this ourselves, engaging in self-care and exploration of how to improve so that we can continue to grow and change with you – as individuals, practitioners, and as a clinic! As a result, we look forward to continuing to serve St. Paul and Minneapolis, and meeting those of you in White Bear Lake and the surrounding areas.
