Sonja Kromroy, LPCC and Julie Schmit, LAMFT, will be speaking at the Health Foundations Birth Center Moms Group, exploring sex and intimacy changes after having a child. Things can shift both physically and emotionally after having a baby, and it’s important to talk about it! Our bodies feel different, look different, and we may find connecting with our partner is different, too! Sonja will open up an honest conversation about changes, both those we notice in ourselves and those we notice in our relationships, and ways to increase emotional and physical intimacy.
